She's an old friend of Jenny's and a rival in fashion since they were first created. Flora is a graceful Parisian who first debuted in 1983 during the Barbie Era. She was Jenny's first friend and was featured with long blond hair and bright green eyes.

In 1986, Flora changed her looks to a short bob style and sported heavier eyebrows for the first generation of Jenny's Club. Back then she was a 17 year old Virgo who liked to read, play piano and do crafts. Flora was always seen as a romanticist: always graceful and beautiful.

In 1997, Takara changed Flora's ways. They created a new doll, but kept the name Flora. The new Flora sports light brown hair and beautiful purple eyes. Takara wanted to emphasize her eyes saying "the eyes show a character of strong will."

Flora is Jenny's oldest friend. Her best friend in fact. They've known each other since childhood. The two can easily remember picnicking with mud pies under the huge oak in Flora's backyard.

She has dyed her hair from a lemon blond to a light brown because it's more fashionable in her opinion. She's snazzy and smart and witty. Everything Jenny does, so does Flora. But she doesn't do it just because of Jenny. Flora has her own life. She is striving to be a fashion designer and can often be found carrying a portfolio of her latest works. She can be found around Jenny's family a lot, receiving help from Jenny's mother and father with her fashion portfolio.

She is well liked among her classmates. She plays an active role in her school as a cheerleader and a part of the student council, she is also the head chair-woman of Student Life. Her classmates remember her most often by the new fashion trends she starts every few months.
